I emailed Extreme Decorations pretty last minute for a balloon bouquet for my 40th birthday. Both Adriana and Lucia were quick to reply via email and were very nice and polite. They were able to accommodate me even with short notice. The gentleman that delivered the bouquet was very nice and polite as well. He took pictures of the bouquet before leaving and came back in a few minutes later saying he wanted to fix something that he noticed in the picture. The bouquet wasn’t necessarily super cheap, but it was also very large. It was the focal point of the party and everyone complimented how nice it was. I would definitely use Extreme Decorations again and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

I called today to get some information regarding pricing for a few items that I was interested in rental for a frozen theme and the lady who answered the phone was very rude to say the least, she didn’t even let me finish and asked me to email because they had many items on the list and she didn’t have the time basically to go over with me. She needs to learn to be more polite and work with the public. I only wanted pricing for a pool decoration. She said if that was so hard to do? I would not do business with someone like that and then she hung up the phone on me. Stay away!

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They canceled LAST minute before my childs birthday party and wouldn't answer the phone, wouldn't answer my text messages either for a full day before the party. They are NOT INSURED. Be careful! Fraud! She will ask you to meet and pay cash. Unbelievable crooks.... Ruined my sons party... I have all the text messages to prove.

I called this business on 6/19/2017 and the "lady" who answered told me to text her the info to her cellphone. I texted her saying I need a bounce house for Sat and she never responded to the text. I called her again today 6/20/2017 and she told me to text her again. She no longer responded. Maybe she's racist and I feel discriminated. I want her services and she denies to provide that to me. She is very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone at all! Or remove the lady in charge cause she's terrible with customer service!

My sister wanted a balloon wall, it was so important to her that it was big and made a statement in her baby shower yesterday. Extreme definitely delivered that vision. I was very pleased. They were on time, the set up was smooth and easy. I would definitely use them again
