If you’re thinking about storing here, you must know a few things. The office staff changes frequently, not always available, during working hours. The climate controlled units are cold. Does the heat work? It’s not lit well. If there is a big storm and a power outage, there is no generator. So you have to wait to access your unit. Both overhead doors are broken, one has been for some time, with no ETA on fixing them. There are also driveway pot holes and the driveway pools water every time it rains. Other than that, it was a convenient location for me.
