I just had a great experience with Alex at Exclusively Hybrid. I arranged to meet with him in order to check out the hybrid battery in my 2013 Lexus. Alex plugged in his equipment, and thoroughly explained to me the steps involved and the status of my battery. We're presently in good shape, but if I have any issues down the road Alex will be my first choice to deal with it. Many thanks!

I ordered a new battery for my 2013 Toyota Prius and they drove 2 and a half hours to me to install. Was on time and only took approx an hour. Very professional and cars doing great and price and warranty are fantastic. I highly recommend Exclusively Hybrid for all your Hybrid battery needs.

Alex and his installer were terrific ! My disabled brother’s 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid’s battery died in Jacksonville on a Friday. The installer drove up on a Sunday and replaced the battery. They couldn’t be happier !! Professional service, great company !!

Battery is holding high rate of charge 2 weeks as of use. Easy installation ready for plug and play. Only issue is it took awhile for them to refund me my battery core exchange, I had to email them. Once I emailed them about it, they refunded me the core exchange same day so 4/5 stars

Part showed up quickly. I believe it took 2 days. Fairly easy install, the tin casing on the rebuild was kinda damaged which made reinstalling bolts a little difficult. The crate to send old back was sturdy and easy to put mine in, and directions for core return was very simple. 1 week of driving and battery seems to be doing fine.
