I ordered over 15 tablecloths for our daughter‘s wedding. The 120 inch round ones came in measuring 124 inch round. When I called to question about it, I was told that that fabric runs rather large. They did not disclose that when I was ordering. Not what I was expecting. The young lady that I spoke with told me that I should wash it and dry and maybe it will shrink

Purchased a $350 box of styrofoam sheets on a Tuesday. They said they would ship on Wednesday for Friday delivery. I emailed and called multiple times and never got any updates on shipping. The material was not delivered until the following week and I refused delivery when it arrived because I had to buy the material elsewhere. They refunded my money with no further problems. Better communication would have been very helpful, but they did the right thing in the end.

Changing from 1-star to a 3-star review for the effortless refund.

I ordered chairs and we're charged for them 6 weeks ago. No updates. I call them every week and they always say they will look into it and them email me an update. They never send me that update.

Update. They missed my deliver by date by 2 weeks. When my 76 chairs finally showed up they were the wrong color. You can see in the picture below that the ivory chairs they sent me were not the beige chairs that I ordered. The chair on the left was the one that I already have. I already had half of my chairs in beige that I purchased last year. So delivering the wrong 76 chairs does not really work. When I called customer service to ask about the return policy, she said she would look into it. That was 2 days ago. I called twice today to see what was going on and I got disconnected both times. So they charged me a very large price, for chairs that showed up extremely late, and we're not the chairs I ordered. Now their customer service is doing nothing to make that right.

I had a question about a 3 prefab drape panel design and spoke with a very knowledgeable sales person about execution of my project idea. The sales person I spoke with advised a different solution for me that would give much better aesthetic results and further was much less expensive than my original plan. I am very happy with the support I received and am excited to receive my new custom drapery. Thanks very much EDD! Happy customer for sure!

I just want to say Stephanie was amazing ! What started out as a nightmare turned into a great experience. She was so punctual with getting back to me and staying in communication ! She went above and beyond to make sure that if the shipping company wouldn't be able to get my items to me in time that I ordered , I could have something to make sure that my event turned out nothing short of amazing !
