Last year our friend passed away due to cancer. I ordered sympathy flowers delivered to the funeral home. It was beautiful and well worth over 350$. This year for 2024 I ordered almost 200$ worth of flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. I ordered the balloons and over $140 worth of flowers. They charges $50 for delivery. I ordered it on 5/1 with a Delivery to our store on 5/11 to surprise my wife. Waited all day nothing! No flowers and not even a call. Called the store in Glastonbury twice no one picked up the phone. There is no way to check the order status.

Update:
The delivery was so late we almost missed it. Our store closes at 5 PM and they delivered it 10 minutes before closing. It took them the whole day. It seems the flowers were rushed. My wife’s favorite flower is carnation and there was none! I picked this package because of that. For what’s it worth I am extremely dissatisfied. The basket is not worth $150. The same flowers can be bought at ShopRite for less than $30! This will be my last time buying from this store. Add another star ⭐️ for total of 2.

My go to local flower shop for any occasion. Delivery service is exceptional, flowers are always fresh and stay that way for a long time. Ordered a beautiful arrangement ahead of Valentine's Day and they still look amazing over a week later! The picture doesn't do them justice.

Tamie was so wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable when taking my order on a very snowy Tuesday Feb 28th with delivery promised & accomplished on Wed March 1. She took note of my floral preferences & went out of her way to get the exact ones. The arrangement was beautiful & my daughter, who is a 2nd grade teacher & working so hard on her birthday, was so thrilled & surprised to receive this exquisite floral arrangement. I called from Ontario, Canada to place an order for our great niece's 5th birthday on January 7th, spoke to Tammy as to what type of arrangement I was looking for and Tammy sent a gorgeous perfect arrangement to Madelyn. Tammy is amazing and just so sweet! This morning I placed an online order for same day delivery. One of the flowers needed for the arrangement was out of stock and Tammy called me right away to let me know and to discuss other options. I told her that this arrangement was being sent to a friend, who means a lot to me, and I really needed the arrangement to express that. She asked me what style arrangement I was looking for and the ideas just branched off from there. When she noticed that my order was for same day delivery, she asked if it could be delivered later in the evening because she had a bigger selection of flowers to choose from at the farm and wanted to incorporate them into the arrangement. My friend said the flowers were "absolutely beautiful". I couldn't be more pleased with Tammy's expertise and overall service, it really was a treat to have someone so invested in a flower arrangement that was also very important to me. I could totally tell that she loves her job and making customer happy. I will definitely be back 🙂

Flowers missed the mark. Ordered them for a birthday and they arrived looking droopy and old…not the clean and crisp look I was hoping for with these lillies. They smell nice, but visually they aren’t what we were expecting for over $100 of flowers. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time I order flowers.
