The furniture is beautiful, fits perfectly and is practical with two large drawers. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very frustrating. The furniture was promised the first week in July and not received until Aug. 2 - 4 weeks late. There was little to no communication or transparency on the order. I even called the store manager to discuss the situation, but my call was never returned. Poor customer service!

What brought me to Evens I won a cabnit a couple of years ago in a drawing on Facebook. I love it and it was the first time I’d been there . I came back on Sept 7 , 2024 and bought a couch & Love Seat . It’s beautiful and every one was so kind and helpful . I want to go back again . I’m so sorry they are closing . I will miss them ❤️

We only received about 15 minutes notice of their arrival. We thought we were going to be notified 3 hours in advance. Other than that the two employees were friendly and engaging in their service. They treated the furniture with respect as well as respected our home. The hooked everything up, made sure it was all working and thanked us.

Great service from beginning to finish from picking out the right bedroom set to the delivery and set up. Great prices compared to other furniture stores. Just love the furniture and the people are all great to work with. I highly recommend you shop at this location in Chico for all your needs.
