Snapped a derailleur at the top of Nisene Marks and still had 13 miles to get home to Santa Cruz. Epicenter swapped in anew derailleur in less than 20 minutes and I was off. Much appreciated!

Great shop. They helped me with my cleats that were squeaking while riding. Most appreciated. My riding buddy needed a new tire and was able to get one and use their floor pump after he replaced the wormed out tire. My friend and I were able to sit in the shade by the front of the shop. Good place. Thanks

Shawn was incredible. I came in for an inner tube for me son’s unicycle and spent a few minutes talking with Shawn about the various mountain bikes and what might be best for me and my budget / riding experience.

He supported with 2 test rides (even set my son up for a bike even though he’s not in the market), answered all of my questions, hooked me up with a helmet of my choice, upgraded pedals and a starter kit for roadside repairs.

The bike comes with a lifetime service package, and he even offered to coach me up on routine maintenance that I may not be privy to (been riding for years, but have been borrowing, so I have some things to learn).

Highly recommend this shop!

My fellow personal chef friend Bridgette and I went to From Scratch to find out what all the talk was about. Yummy!!! Everything we ordered was delicious. Not oversalted. Normally I wouldn't order Biscuits and Gravy however it was a specialty. So delicious and the service was amazing. Can't wait to go back!

Friendly staff and good customer service. Shopping experience felt a little rushed due to the current COVI 19 situation. Felt they could attend three customers at a time if they keep them 20 feet apart and brought the products to them and establish a rotation system to make sure all customers had a chance to see the products they want to shop for. Overall, following the COVID19 protocols and maintaining a professional environment.
