After cleaning out a family members house I had no idea what was good jewelry or costume. Cat and Alan went through tubs of items I brought and it took hours. After separating gold and silver I ended up with a substantial check for my family member. Cat and her staff are very professional, honest and sensitive to the emotional attachment people have to family heirlooms. The new jewelry selection at Eloquence is very beautiful.
