Eric and team diagnosed the issue with our appliance via phone, ordered the part, and once they received the part Eric came out and completed the repair. Very well managed from start to finish. Should we need an appliance repaired in the future we will definitely reach out to Elevation Appliance and Fireplace, and highly recommend Eric and team to anyone that requires such. Eric solved my oven heating problem (lack of any heat) adding me to his long day the evening before Thanksgiving! He was thoughtful, courteous, and did a great job including helping me with a separate control issue on my 26 year-old unit. Very knowledgable and would use him again! He saved Thanksgiving for me!

Eric provided very professional and expert service. He came to service my Miele refrigerator that was still under warranty. He communicated well and was very prompt. He had to order a part and stayed in contact with me regularly giving me updates about the timing of the back ordered part. Once it arrived, he came the same day to install it. While installing the part, he helped me with 2 other small appliance issues. He’s very polite and has a wealth of knowledge that he’s willing to share. I highly recommend Eric for any appliance issues or needs that you have!

Eric is an extremely friendly and efficient technician! He came over to replace our oven door and took the time to explain how it works. He also took a quick look at our fireplace and made some recommendations if we wanted to get it cleaned. He even took extra time to explain how to fix our misplaced stove top gas burners. This was all in under 25 minutes! Couldn’t recommend this company more.

AJ did a great job cleaning out my pellet stove and educating me about many things regarding the stove operation. I've never had a stove like this before and he explained every single part of it in detail, so that I could understand it. He spent a good deal of time taking it apart and cleaning it and then putting it all back together. It works great now and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Elevation again.

I was having an issue with my fireplace and called a couple of different places, including Elevation Appliance & Fireplace. In addition to a five star rating, they had the best price for someone to come out and diagnose the problem. AJ, the repair person who came, arrived in a timely manner, answered all my questions, explained everything and cleaned it up for me. He was very personable and I feel that I received excellent service. I've put them in my contacts for appliance or fireplace issues. I was totally satisfied with what was done, how it was done and the price I paid. I would highly recommend them!

I have a Sharp Microwave/Convection oven that I bought in 1985 when I built my house and I built custom cabinets around the unit for a clean look. As such, when it stopped working I knew a newer model would not fit and I'd have to modify everything. I found Eric who has 20 years experience and he said he loved keeping those older units working and he would welcome the challenge. Since he's good, he was pretty busy, but I asked if I could bring to him and maybe he could get to it at his place. He worked on it over his weekend and got it working like new. Highly recommend Eric; was a pleasure working with him.
