I hate expensive places that judge the minute you walk in the door and make a decision on if you can afford their store. I was somewhat ready to pull the trigger on 3k+ on 2 club chairs, but the lady didn't want to show me an fabrics to customize. She just pulled a book and basically showed me how many options with words on a page..and then emphasized it would be more to do that. And I wasn't dressed in sweats. She must have figured that since I was without a husband I didn't have any money. Went down the road and bought from someone else.

We didn't pull the trigger on buying anything at this time We found Ross the stores owner was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We still do have a lot to consider. Store is well laid out quite well stocked with a variety of outdoor furniture items, nice artwork and quality products. Ross even suggested that we stop back in on a future point where there is new stock coming in and sales pricing. Recommended.

Ross and Shelly, who are the managers, provide extraordinary customer service! I purchased outdoor chairs and a sofa manufactured by a well-known brand. The wear of these products was disappointing. Ross and Shelly took the time to contact the vendor and explain my situation. The manufacturer was not quick to respond but the managers DID NOT FORGET ME! And the result was replacement of the items! I HIGHLY recommend Elegant Outdoor Living! They sell good quality and have a beautiful selection of merchandise as well as EXCELLENT customer service!!

You can’t go wrong with her helping you. The managers Shelly & Ross are professional and manager the store efficiently and with a great deal of knowledge. My husband and I just visited this outdoor store for the first time based on a referral from a local furniture store adjacent to this store. We were working with the Designer at the local furniture store to design our interior and exterior, but we wanted three Lane Venture chaises that we had previously owned and that we failed in love with, but the Designer store did not work with the Lane Venture vendor, so he graciously called to Elegant Outdoor Living to inquire about these particular chaises and even picked out the fabric and color for us to take with us when we visited Elegant Outdoor Living.

Well, we went into the Elegant Outdoor Living today and was greeted by a male walking by us, but never asked if we needed any help and finally a Salesperson by the name of Chuck finally asked if we needed help. I told him we were looking for Lane Venture chaises and he told us it was on the other side of the store. He finally ventured over to help us, but never introducing himself or asking our names. I guess he did not think we were going to purchase anything, just maybe we did not fit their customer profile.

After explaining to Chuck what we were looking for and showing him a picture of the fabric that the Designer sent to me to give to them, he finally showed some interest. He quoted us a price and gave us a timeline. I then mentioned to Chuck that the Designer gave me a ballpark cost of what the chaises should sell for and Chuck told me that he had already given me a discount, but never told me the original price before he provided a discount, which I found to be strange. He then proceeded to talk to his Manager about the cost of the chaises and the Manager, showed little interest, immediately said no they could not give us a different price and walked way, The Manager may have thought that we were lying or making this price up to get a better deal and he was not interested in negotiating at all.

We came there to purchase those chaises, but their unprofessionalism, negative attitude and no willingness to work with us cost them the opportunity of making close to $6,000. We were very disappointed that they did not show any interest in closing the deal.

Your lost and another store's gain. We will take our green dollar bills and our beautiful profile to another store where we are treated with respect and dignity. Even if we found a lower price and you can price match it, you still would not earn our business. Do not ever underestimate who walks through your store, because it could be your largest sale.

We had a great experience with EOL in Sarasota! We had shopped for outdoor furniture for quite sometime with no luck until stopping here while on vacation. Great selection and customer service...we had to order and have shipped because we don't live in the area but were comfortable in doing so with Ross and Shelly. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend using this company. We are so thrilled with the new furniture we just had delivered! The entire experience was a 10. Fantastic staff, superb customer service. The difference in working with a company that values customer service and is able to offer expert advise, product recommendations. A true pleasure to work with.

Highly recommended! Ross and Shelly, the husband and wife team that run the store, are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and caring. They listened to what my husband and I said we were looking for, and then showed us pieces that were exactly what we wanted. The furniture is all top quality construction and top grade fabrics, including sunbrella. One of our purchases was a teak table with wicker chairs and although the wicker was comfortable for people to sit on, we got feedback from guests that they didn't like the marks left on their legs if they sat on the chairs in their swimsuits. Although the manufacturer doesn't offer cushion options, Shelley was able to source some cushions that fit perfectly, down to the curved back of the seat, which I was then able to custom order in my preferred fabric. They have remembered my name from the first time I walked into the store, and I know that if I need a smile, all I have to do is stop by and walk in and I will be greeted like a long lost friend.
