Just about 5 years I hired Erhlich to sand and stain a bedroom set from my patents. They cracked the mirror but replaced the glass. They were to put a new vinyl flooring in my bathroom. I called the week of to make sure they were set to lift the toilet. They said they cut around. I canceled having that done. They asked if I would pay a few hundred dollars for it. I said “no”. Last but not least I had them make covers (not reupholster).my wing back chair and sofa and pillows The day after getting it back the pillows felt weird. I unzipped- they threw away the original cover. They did retrieve it. Now five years later I went to remove the cover from the seat cushions of the sofa - original is not there. I called and got told “I don’t know what to tell you”
Unbelievable. It was a $1,500 sofa they ruined and clearly do not care. I did not do a review earlier since they did retrieve the pillow cover. I was not even given an “I’m sorry” and when I said that I got told she did not do anything wrong True she does not do the covers. My experience is very disappointing. So be careful.

Recently had my sofa and 2 wing chairs reupholstered. Everyone that I dealt with (Shannon, Suzy, delivery people) were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail is amazing. I LOVE my "new" furniture. Thank you for answering my prayers!

This is the "A" team! In a world of cutting corners and disposable everything it was beyond refreshing to work with Suzy and Shannon and everyone behind the scenes. Finally a company that values every step of the process and knows that quality, communication, product, timeliness and end result are all very important. The help I got from Shannon was priceless! I can't say enough great things about the team at Erlich Decorating & Upholstery. It begins with Shannon: it was easy to schedule an in-home appointment. She was on-time and brought many samples from which to choose. Her suggestions were thoughtful and she listened to my preferences, helping me choose a great new fabric to reupholster my chair.
Suzy: her prompt and clear communation about delivery dates, and other details, made it a pleasure.
Delivery team: they arrived during the given window both for pick up and the drop off of the finished chair. They were courteous.
End result: the quality of the fabric and they craftsmanship is excellent. They touched up some of the damaged wood and the chair looks brand new.
I would highly recommed Erlich for any of your home decor and upholstery needs.
