Disappointing. Let down. Unreliable. I ordered a special gift for delivery to a special family. I was deliberate with my order and add-ons for intended individuals. It wasn't a small order. My order was partially made and delivered, and perhaps this location thought I would not find out they shorted my order. I followed the process to complain, and no one has addressed their disappointing service. I have heard nothing. This location is not credible or reliable, and expect to be disappointed. I love Edible Arrangements, and I recommend finding any other location but Branford, CT.

I stopped by to day to get my delicious chocolate strawberries box, the customer service was so sweet and friendly. She made my feel more than welcome with her nice beautiful smile. Was best and fast service.

Just ordered a piece for my friends passing of his father. What he received was nice, however it was not what i ordered. I received a call advising that it looked fine and that all the fruit was added. I ordered the largest one. The cost in an edible arrangement, is arrangement, and this was a disappointment. Posting what i received and a picture on their site of what i ordered. Hopefully we can get this resolved, because at 125 dollars, i do no feel i got what i was being sold. #boycottediblearrangements

Update: Spoke with Corp, and they advised since the store sent out another smaller basket, which was again, incorrect, they can do nothing. I encourage everyone to look on the main edible arrangement review for their corporate center to see the reviews. 2.1.

My daughter and family had this sent this for our 49th Anniversary. Could not believe it when opened.the flowers are mostly dead and moldy.
The strawberries were jumbled in the box. They were wet and chocolate had started to separate from the mushy berries.
My daughter has already received her refund.
I just wonder how you send out things like this, is there no quality control?

I purchased two fathers gift sets on
June 16th 2024, the best by date on the cashews is 2/24/24 they sold them to me four months AFTER the best by date. This is COMPLETELY WRONG! ESPECIALLY SINCE they pride themselves on freshness

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from their website on 8/22 for a delivery on a weekend (paid extra) for my daughter on her birthday. I got a very expensive fruit and dipped chocolate arrangent. The picture is what she received three days late! I called on the delivery date and was told fedex didn't pick up on time. And was offered a refund immediately. No other options were given from "customer service". So I called the local store who rudely told me they were not responsible for tracking the items once they left the store. The woman was rude and unhelpful. I asked for the manager who wasn't there and asked for him/her to call me, and that didn't happen either. This is what arrived. Never ever ever will I order from them again. I do not recommend them to anyone. The local store just referred me back to "corporate customer service" again.
