Austin & team are amazing. I am writing this review 2.5 years after he did a complete remodel/renovation for our home and their work has stood the test of time. I originally followed Austins work on Social media for 2 years, as they continued to grow and was a fan of their projects and finally decided to get our reno started. Austin was patient and professional as we worked through all the details of what I wanted done, revisions, asking opinions as I chose cabinetry, floors , paint etc. Our renovation took about 2 months, Austin and his team stayed within our timeframe and answered every call and follow up I had throughout the entire process. Austin and team will forever be my trusted contractors of choice for any future projects and look forward to working with them again!

Thank you to Eastside Kitchens and Baths for my beautiful new bathrooms and laundry room. Chris, Christian, Daniel, and their teams did a fantastic job! They were patient and responded to all my requests and wishes. I felt comfortable leaving them on their own in the house, which was a relief. They worked hard and put in long days with few breaks. My 29 year old master bath was showing it’s age and in desperate need of remodeling. From the very beginning when I first contacted Austin, the owner, my experience has been excellent. Austin responded immediately to my inquiry and set up a date and time to come by to give me an estimate on the work needed. He was very courteous, professional and definitely knew his stuff. He provided a very detailed estimate, including what materials I needed to provide to start the job.

When the actual remodeling began, 3 of Austin’s team; Allan (crew leader), Daniel and Mike, got right to work. From the beginning, they were very careful to cover any and all furniture and flooring nearest to the bathroom with plastic to ensure no dust or dirt accumulated. After each day, they would clean up all work areas and let me know the status of the job. Whenever there was a question as to what i needed done, they would always ask to ensure it was being done to my specifications.

The finished remodeling of my master bathroom was beyond my expectations. It is just incredible how beautiful it looks. The guys did an outstanding job.

I have to add, that when I first found Eastside Kitchen and Bath online, I was struck (and somewhat intimidated) by the large size of the jobs Austin and his team have done over the past 4-5 years. My master bath, while a major job to me, was tiny in comparison to the large rooms they have remodeled. However, I need not have worried because, from start to finish, Austin and his team treated my small master bath as if it were a very large mansion.

I cannot say enough good things about Eastside Kitchen and bath. The quality of work, the professionalism and efficiency were all stellar. What’s more, the price was well within the cost you would expect to pay for any major renovation and remodel. I recommend them highly for any and all remodeling services you may need.

Thank you again to Austin, Allan, Daniel and Mike for an amazing job! I will most definitely be procuring your services again for my next remodel.

It was tough for me to turn over our bathroom project to just anyone, but Austin and his guys did a fantastic job. My Wife had some complicated design ideas that Austin knocked out of the park and we absolutely love the new looks!! We have a few more projects coming up and Austin will be the one I call! Austin and his team were incredible! After receiving multiple bids for our bathroom remodel, Austin was the only one who delivered the bid when he said he would (actually early), without a phone call reminder. The project started on time, with work continuing daily until it was complete. All of his staff were professional, arriving when they said they would, and leaving the work area spotless every night. The attention to detail was above and beyond. We could not be happier with the finished product and wish we had another project to give Eastside right now!

Our home had a sewage backup that affected multiple rooms, this past October. It was a trying time for my family to go through to say the least. We began our quest to find the right company to remodel virtually our entire home, on the inside. We ended up getting quotes from 5 different companies. Eastside was not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. We were looking not only for affordability, experience and good reviews; we also wanted a company that we had a comfort level with undertaking such a large project. I can tell you honestly Eastside was the last company we reached out to and after speaking with Austin and having him come to our home, my wife and I IMMEDIATELY knew we found the right company. Our exact words to each other were, "I felt he was genuine, honest, understanding and knew his stuff". We continued to realize throughout the 30+ day process that we made the right decision. Austin and his team were simply amazing. They kept us up to speed with what the next steps were as they moved from room to room. Spending over a month we these fine gentlemen, we found that not only did they know their stuff, but they all had the same genuine character, which means a lot in today's world. We felt 100% comfortable having the team in our home every day. Now to speak about the quality of work! The pride the team took with ensuring each room was completed to our satisfaction was evident. It was like Christmas every day to watch and see the progress made and the end result is our home looks absolutely beautiful. Not to discount any of the team that worked on our home, but a HUGE shout out to Blake, who was our main Eastside team member, he was nothing short of amazing. He worked quicky, efficiently and kept the work moving every day in the right direction. If you looked up "work ethic" in the dictionary, Mr. Webster would have a picture of Blake as the definition. Also, a special thanks to Brett for keeping us up to date on what was next to come. Last but not least Alan - Ganster tile and floor master! Austin holds it all together, holds his team accountable and maintains the genuine, honest, skilled staff that made our dreams come true with our remodel. I would highly recommend Eastside to anyone and would absolutely use them if needed in the future.

I've read all of the positive comments and I agree with all of them. Our job seemed impossible. We had a very small kitchen area with which to work, it was outdated and in awful condition. Austin was able to suggest workable ideas and options. They showed us a wide variety of cabinet and countertop options. We were able to see the design before the project started and we’re contacted when charges were needed. The price was reasonable. The before and after pictures speak louder than words. The guys are dependable, trustworthy and flexible. I would not hesitate to call them for my future remodeling needs. Great job! Thanks for my beautiful remodel.

I would highly recommend Eastside Services to anyone looking to update their home. Austin was great to work with and Austin's team (Steve & Allen) did an INCREDIBLE job on our laundry room remodel. They were always on time, friendly, precise, professional and knowledgeable. They would check-in with me throughout the entire process to ask my opinion about details to ensure it was exactly what my wife and I wanted. They Love what they do and it definitely shows.
