Astounding customer service. I believe his name was Aiden helped me as soon as I walked in, pointed everything out to me, told me about my options for purchasing different things, and carried heavy stuff to my car. The entire store is young kids as workers hustling and bustling with 0 attitudes, it’s a real treat.

I remember being here a couple years ago and a nice guy named Nick helped me choosing paints for a project I’ve been working on. He helped me with everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about all things related to paint. He even told me which types of paints smelled better — who knew! I remembered to write this review because I just smelled a wall from the paint he recommended. Whoever raised that kid did a damn good job.

This store has a small town welcoming feel while having the resources and supplies of the larger hardware stores.

It's the place I've been going to for the last 15 years. The stock nearly always accommodates. Tool rental service is great.

Some of the staff don't know where things are or understand what customers need. 4 employees stand out to ask for. Eric, Sue, Walt and Bob. They are on the ball all the time.

I've never gone into Ace and been disappointed with the experience. The staff are sweet, the products are high quality and it's a very small town vibe. The staff are easy going, and friendly, their prices are fair, and they run great sales. Highly recommend.
