Husband and I enter an ace looking for paint. This was my first and last visit at a an ace store. We had no help. We watched several other customers come in and be greeted at the door. “Hello how are you doing? Do you need any help finding anything after a few minutes my husband and I looked at each other and was like you know what this store is not for us because not one person Not one person looked our way or even asked us, but was asking all the other customers that enter in, do they need any help for assistance? It’s very sad.

Overpriced compared to other Aces in the area. The garden section is unimpressive. However they do have a nice selection of gardening supplies. Also, the associate kept calling me “sir”despite my rather large chest and feminine features and voice. That tells me he didn’t take notice of me at all. Oh well.

Bill was very knowledgeable. He helped my husband get lots of information about interior doors. He wrote up the baseboards he needed. Our contractor can pick them up! Very accommodating!

Hard to get help and you will wait a long time for propane or Andy kind of help. Plus they are always closed. Merritt island ace stays open and are helpful

I needed some new bolts to fix my gaming chair because I lost the old ones. Aiden came to my rescue and went above and beyond to help me get the correct screws I needed to fix it. That young man's going to be running the store soon.
