Service was IMPECCABLE!! Brandon went out of his way to service our two Dysons on-site. We were there less than 30 minutes and paid $30 for one new filter and he helped us to register our other vacuum for the warranty so it was repaired for FREE. Well done Brandon!! I traveled 3 hours from Jacksonville to get my Dyson Ball Animal 2 serviced. We made it about 30 minutes prior to closing and the gentleman there was so kind! He made no promises regarding being able to repair my vacuum by the following day (which was when I was returning home). However, he went well above and beyond expectation to come in early to repair my vacuum the next day! I am thankful that he was willing to do that. My vacuum works great and my repair cost under $100. Kudos to him, and his work ethic as he was the only one working there!

Brought my new v12 into the store because there were some features I did not understand. Jeff took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and was extremely patient and helpful. I highly recommend you ask for him for when you go in for service at this location.

Jeff was an amazing technician. When I arrived at the store it was just him and there were 5 customers waiting who were busy and frustrated with their dyson issues. He was polite, patient and ensured that each customer was taken care of until moving on to the next. I was the last and he still was top notch in repairing my tyson on the spot. Tyson is lucky to have him as an employee!

Friendly and professional, and fixed my Animal V11 in no time. I am glad I found them as they saved me a lot of money. Better to repair than to have to buy a new one, I highly recommend this store and Dyson vacuums.
