The moment we walked in the sales rep kept hovering over us as if we were going to steal something making our walk through very uncomfortable. My children are never the kind to run around in stores and jump around although we were all trying out sofas as we were attempting purchase. The salesman seemed to have an issue with use trying out the various functions of the sofas. We opted to leave and take our business elsewhere.

John at Dunhill Furniture was incredibly helpful. He showed us plenty of different options after we described what we were looking for. Easy transaction process with the 4 year interest free financing. John keeps his word and has great customer service. The delivery team set up quickly for me in my living room and was on time. We love the new couch set. Fully reclinable, soft and comfy, yet supportive. Dunhill Furniture has the best prices for name brand furniture. Do yourself a favor and ask for John.

Great sales, awesome discount and friendly in-store service. Although, I paid for movers, they were very rude, throwing furniture parts on the floor instead of placing them down quietly. Sales person offered a set price for item removal, mover gave me a drastically different price, then said he had no room in the truck after his boss called him. Sales person called and offered for a next week pick up. This is very unfortunate for some one with no truck, and living in a small apartment. I guess I’ll put the couch on top of my other couch? I’ll put it in my garage?(it’s an apartment, no garage) movers killed the experience for me. I will be living very cramped for now. I am now an upset customer.

I asked on the phone if they delivered to my area, of course they told me yes. When they got me in person they then kept trying to get me to rent a U-Haul and move myself. Just be honest.

I bought a bed and mattress at this place and when they delivered to my house the mattress was in a plastic bag like if it was new, the guys thats insataled the bed left the mastress with the plastic so after they left i went to take off the plastic and the mattres was not even new like it was supposed to. it was so dirty with stains, i wasnt able to return it back. I cant belive i paid $700 for a used mattress alone, i spent $2500 all together.

THE WORST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. THEY ARE SO RUDE. FIRST THEY SHOW A NICE FACE THEN IF YOU DON'T SHOW INTEREST IN THEIR FURNITURE THEY BECOME SO RUDE AND TALK TO YOU IN A RUDE TONE. THEY SHOW RACIST RIGHT AWAY. BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD. I WOULD NEVER EVER WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.
