We have given this store several chances to do business there. We have found them to be unaccomadating in several situations. #1 unopened item bought over 30 days ago with a receipt, they will not take it back. it is an Ace branded item! The other local Ace stores will take it back.
#2 bought a weed eater and found the price was higher than either of the other stores. #3 this owner does not honor our ace rewards since they have another stores name (we registered at socrum loop store years ago.).

I will gladly drive for better service, done with this place!

Every time I go into Ace and can't find the part or fitting i need, a very knowledgeable guy by the name of Michael helps me out. This guy knows his stuff too. I think the guy knows every single item they have, he is a walking human computer.

Bought a brand new Stihl trimmer for $800 and used it for a few minutes for it to lock up, returned it and they said it was fine only to take it home again and took it out of my garage only for it to lock up again, took it back to Dee’s Ace Harware again to find out it had water in the motor and spark plug area, and they refused to warranty it or replace it, do not buy anything from this store ever.

I took my propane tank there to get it topped off and they wouldn't do so they said they would have to charge me for a full tank even though I didn't need a full tank. Poor customer service they need to change their logo
