Ordered a dishwasher, I have cabinet panels that had to be put on new dishwasher. They said they can do it. Delivery guys knew what they were doing and it was perfect. No problem. Other places wouldn’t guarantee about panels. Drimmers was confident. Thank you.

My recent experience purchasing a gas LG clothes dryer at Drimmers Appliance store in Brooklyn went extremely smoothly From the time the order was placed on the telephone to when it was delivered and installed less than a week later. The three delivery men were both professional and personable. They also gave a short delivery time window, and called the day before, as well as the day of delivery to confirm. They arrived exactly on time, and promptly removed the old machine, cleaned the area, and installed the new one. A great experience!

Drimmers is a fantastic company. They offered a lower price than I could get anywhere else. I was able to get my fridge quickly. The delivery men were incredible carrying this fridge up my stairs and navigating through narrow entryways. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I bought a Maytag dishwasher from Chaim. Drimmer’s didn’t have the lowest price, but they were close enough. After reading dozens of unhappy reviews about the installation services when you buy from a big chain, I decided Drimmer’s being a few dollars more was worth it for the great reviews they got in installation. My installers came 2 days after my purchase, I got an email the day before with a 3-hour time window, and then an email day of with a 1.5-hour time window, then a phone call from the installers when they were 10 minutes away. They were polite, friendly, quick, neat, cleaned up after themselves, showed me how to use the dishwasher, and made sure it wasn’t leaking. Outstanding service!
