All of the staff were great! They were very professional and polite. I was assisting a disabled client of mine with purchasing a golf cart and Shelby was awesome with answering the questions we had. He showed a lot of understanding with my client's specific needs and was able to answer the questions so that they were easily understood. He also took extra time teaching my client how to drive the golf cart. (My client hasn't driven in years!). Once purchased, the golf cart was immediately delivered! This made my client extremely happy, he spent the next hour riding around his neighborhood!
(We were also given a very good price, similar vehicles we had checked into were $2,000 or more higher in price!)

Just finished the easiest, quickest sale experience with Double D Golf Carts. We knew we were getting a great used cart within 5 mins of talking with Shelby because of his honesty and straight forward business dealings; something we appreciate and isn’t common much these days.

I sent an older golf cart to them for new batteries and to repair any other problems. Shelby contacted me two days later and offered a trade for a newer golf cart. It turned out that my old one was going to cost a lot of money to repair. He gave me a good deal on a newer model. I would recommend them to anyone. They have been great about answering all my questions after my purchase.

Terrible business ethics, tried to buy this golf cart for the listed price of $2500. The owner claims it was a typo and costs $3000. You can clearly see by the photo that it was never even listed at $3000, it was $2800 then marked down to $2500. Don't do business here unless you want to be ripped off!

Double D rocks ! Made me a deal on a newer cart with a utility bed on the back instead of golf bag holder or 2nd seat. Had headlights, and they sold me some cool looking oversized aluminum wheels and tires. AND THEY DELIVERED for very reasonable fee. This thing IS FAST too. Highly recommend shop.
