I cannot share enough what an incredible experience I had with Don's. I had a couple of friends who used a larger chain and had terrible experiences. We loved working with Haden and Emily on the design and layout of our new Cambria countertops. They were very helpful and patient with us as we navigated the important decisions with our multi-room project. In August of 2024, Don’s Custom Countertops installed new Quartz countertops in our kitchen. What a crew! The installers, Ian and T.J. were pleasant, communicative, knowledgeable, and skilled in their work. They accomplished the installation with care and precision. They were also responsive. When the caulking they had did not match with the cabinets, they made a special trip to obtain caulk with the matching color. We were very pleased with the installation and highly recommend Don’s Custom Countertops.

When we were ready for our bathroom countertop, we had 3 shops we were going to go to and Don's was our first stop. We were greeted warmly, given a tour of the shop (I love impressive machinery!), and shown the slabs they had available. We found one that was perfect for us and so, looked no further. The next day a tech came to do fine measurements and the countertop was ready in 2 days. The installers were again very friendly and did an fine job placing the countertop. As you can see by the picture, this was not a large project but we were treated very well by everyone we dealt with. I would indeed recommend Don's for their excellent attitude and attention to detail.

I can’t say enough good things about Don’s Countertops. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Emily was a great help explaining the different quartz options for my new kitchen countertops (NUSTONE Bianco Neve). She also made a special effort to help me save money where I could. (So glad I didn't go with the more expensive, but not as nice, options at Home Depot!) Haden was also very accommodating in answering more questions I had. Kenny & Noah were the installers and were careful, thorough, professional, skilled, and nice to boot! When they were finished they let me know I have a lifetime guarantee... I highly recommend Don’s!!!!

We initially chose Don’s Countertops to do the work in our kitchen renovation because they were cost competitive and offered the coordination of their services as well as that of drywall work, electricians and plumbers. They displayed patience and support as the project was designed. Needed adjustments during the planning stages occurred quickly.
What we realized as the work began was the high quality of the cabinetry that was being installed, the meticulousness, expertise and care displayed by the carpenters who were installing the cabinets, and the way that the project stayed on schedule once it started. Precise measurements and planning meant that cabinet and countertops fit perfectly the first time.
Most of the work was done within a matter of weeks and the minimal follow-up that was needed was thorough and accurate. We cannot overstate how happy we are with the results of the renovation, and the manner in which Don’s Countertops delivered. We would highly recommend them.

My new bathroom countertop looks amazing! I picked a remnant for a small bath remodel and WOW, they got the most beautiful cut from that piece of granite! The measuring and installation was completely painless and I was impressed with the skill and friendliness of the staff. The office staff is professional and no-nonsense, they really know what they are doing. I recommend them without hesitation!
