Recently, I needed some repairs to my sub zero refrigerator and Zach was sent to evaluate and fix the issues. Dollings provided great customer service from my first phone call to schedule the appointment to the last time Zach was at my house. Zach was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. He repaired the problem and returned to make sure there were no other issues. He was thoughtful about costs and tried one option first as it was what he thought was the problem but also it avoided more costly testing. I felt like he was completely honest which was very appreciated. I also asked about a door stop part that would prevent the door from swinging all the way open, which has caused some damage to the cabinet. He ordered it for me and brought it back to install. I experienced excellent customer service and Zach is a great representative of the company.

We have a 20 year old Thermador oven …we had issues with the Relay and Circuit board … the Tech named Zac came out and identified the issue . He removed them had sent out and rebuilt in a few days … all working great … highly recommend Dollings!

The technician that came out to service my freezer was knowledgable, informative, and helpful. However the office is on a separate page. I was quoted $115 for the part plus labor to replace the part. It took the techs 3 minutes to change out the seal on the freezer. When I received my invoice the work conducted on the invoice totaled to $422. When I tried to call back to question the price "Jay" told me he would review the invoice when the guys got back to the office. 2 days later with multiple phone calls made to Dollings and waiting on hold endlessly without anyone answering the phone I have not been refunded a dollar and they don't seem to care to call me back either. Both my mother and father used this company my entire life. now I have my own house and tried to give these people a shot. Apparently they are dishonest and will charge your card and once the money is received they will never field a call from you again or make an effort to rectify what is wrong. If they want me to remove my negative review of their services they can call me back and refund me the money that is owed.
