They are a valuable service here in this community. Yes you can order from Amazon cheaper but you will not get your part the same day, it will be a lower quality, and it will not come with the advise and experience they offer. I have saved alot of money with DIY and youtube. They have also helped pin point what part I actually need saving me time and money. Use these guys you will not be sorry.

These guys are awesome!!! I know we are so heavy in purchasing product online and deliver everything these days...but where's the local business support and the what about the fear of buying something that'll be cheap or wont last? I ran in today grabbed a part for our AC unit and they even had instructional video for installing! Capacitor replaced and AC back on. Thank you DIY!

What I love about living in Murrieta is the honest people we have here, and they exemplify this. I understand that you pay for experience when it comes to contractors but when something seems too pricey for the repair, it's best to get a 2nd opinion. Not only do they have the parts for AC repairs (which are often easy and cheap to do with a YouTube video), they are also extremely knowledgeable. I went in after I was quoted a 900 repair by an HVAC technician, on parts that cost 40 combined and could be replaced in 20 minutes. I spoke with the DIY team and they told me the parts I had still work and that based on what they were looking at, new parts were not necessary and that I should be pushing back to the HVAC repair company to fix their work. I did just that, and after losing trust in the company I originally hired, went with a different contractor who was able to actually resolve my issue.

I'm glad I came here, I'm glad I got experienced eyes on my parts, but most of all I'm glad for the honesty, times are hard and I hope that we see more of this. I'll for sure be coming back when the time comes to repair other items in my home.
