Brought a new built-in microwave on Thursday the 5th over the phone. On Friday the 6th.Logan came and installed the microwave. Logan did a wonderful job.I must have forgotten to let the store know that our acupuncture was coming. But it all turned out great.Logan had everything clean up before he lift.I recommend Dixie Appliance and Logn to anyone.

We purchased our refrigerator from them and they brought it out to us and hooked up the ice maker. We had to call them out for repair on our old refrigerator. They were great so we use them for everything. Now for that new stove...

Called was told be there friday.Called again later in day was told hes in your town he will be there its 9:30 pm no phone call no show,would definately not recommend this company,very poor bussiness practice,leave someone whos time s just as valuableas yours Hanging

Looked for over a year for a oart to our gas stove. It's a kenmore product and even though I ordered it from Sears Parts, at a cost of $100, it was the wrong part and not returnable. Out of the blue I called Dixie Appliance and Bart knew exactly what I needed. Ordered it ans received it within 24 hrs. Only $25 and it fit perfectly. They are a must go to place for anything appliance related.

This is my appliance store that I always go to since moving to this area 5 years ago. They fixed what was here in the house, they have replaced my washing machine, and my refrigerator. Wonderful family business, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, fair, and professional. They have EARNED my business.

Obnoxious. Made purchasing a dryer belt difficult. Unfortunately the only place in the area to get one. I'd drive an hour to get one rather than deal with them again.
