I love Direct Discount! He is very helpful. He listens to what i want and he strives to meet my needs. Customer Service is a lost art in this day and age! He really is great at what he does. I only shop there with my home needs. Thank you!!

Very helpful when my refrigerator died and I wasn’t financially prepared to buy a new one-they helped me get the financing I needed.

Large selection of home appliances. Prices were not easily found but they were busy unloading new inventory so that may have been the reason. Lots of new merchandise with minor dents and stuff and some with no visible damage. Cheaper than big box stores I would imagine but unknown if any warranty is included.
