Update: My order was delivered today! (see photos) I love everything about my set! A special thank you to Linda! Linda is not only the owner of Dining Alternatives, but a designer and a genuine wonderful lady. I loved working with Linda! She is professional, knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. She provides outstanding customer service and was always communicating with updates on our order. A special thank you to Marc and Anibal who delivered our order today. Dining Alternatives offers a tremendous selection of tables, chairs and stools. Whatever your style, you will find it here! The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. I had the honor of working with the owner, Linda. Linda is a designer who is very gifted and talented. She helped me pick the perfect table and counter stools. Being attentive to "detail", Linda focused on size, finishes, and fabric; all while making sure I was happy and getting what I wanted. Once my furniture is delivered, I will post photos. I highly recommend Dining Alternatives!!!

I just ordered a table and chairs. Even though I find it difficult to make design decisions, Linda was extremely patient and worked with me until I felt comfortable with my choices. I was also very happy to buy a table made in America and chairs made in Canada. It was a wonderful experience, and I strongly recommend going to Dining Alternatives. I will follow up when I receive the table and chairs. UPDATE: I received the table and chairs, and they are both gorgeous. The table and chairs were delivered precisely on time, within the two-week period I was given when I initially placed the order.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Linda is doesn’t return calls or respond unless you get an attorney involved. Ordered dining furniture and it took a year to get it. Meanwhile, there is no way to get your money back. Forget disputing the charge. Just don’t buy from them. Finally got furniture and it was damaged. No recourse. Threw money away shopping at this business. Would have been better off buying from target or city furniture.

We had a very unsatisfactory experience with this retailer. We purchased a dining room table from them in September 2022, and would never purchase anything from them again. In our opinion the owner was unresponsive and provided very poor customer service, often ignoring messages and telephone calls. We had to send them a certified letter. In contrast, their delivery people were polite and conscientious.

While I have no complaints about the kitchen table we bought, I am very unhappy with the service we received. We ordered a table and base on December 27, 2019 and were told by the owner, Linda, that it would take 4-6 weeks until it was ready. The fact that the table was finally delivered on March 9th, after 10&1/2 weeks, only partially explains why I am so dissatisfied with the service we received.

First, we later learned that the company that produces the table base closes for 2 weeks around the holidays/new year. Obviously, this is something that the owner should have known beforehand. We would not have ordered the table with that base if we had known this.

Second, on two separate occasions, Linda told us that she had checked with the company and was certain that our order was on the next weekly shipment. In both cases, it was not.

Next, during the many weeks that the order was overdue, I called the store to speak to Linda approximately 10 times. Linda, on the other hand, often failed to return my calls for days or until I had called several times. In addition, during the entire time that the order was overdue, Linda never initiated a call to keep me informed, or provide an update, or offer an apology or explanation for an unfulfilled promise.

And finally, my request for some compensation for the problems we encountered went totally ignored.

Great store with a huge selection of bar stools. The staff, from sales to delivery, were just wonderful. I found some comfortable stools and they had them custom made with colors I picked out. They even let me borrow some stools while mine were being made. I will go back to update my kitchen set soon!
