I bought 4 custom made bar stools for our newly constructed house 10 years ago and couldn't be happier. The selection was amazing. I chose the style and color of the stool, then chose the fabric/leather/vinyl of the seat. After 10 years the vinyl is starting to crack and I am ready to replace the seats. Spoke with Kathy, who helped me when I purchased them to get information on replacing the seats. She is just as nice and helpful as she was 10 years ago. I also remember that she is a dog Mommy, like me. I appreciate those who treat their fur babies like family. If you need bar stools, why go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed.

I went searching for a New Dining Room Set and they had a large variety to choose from. One great thing was that you can pick out a Dining Room Table and you can pick other chairs that you like. Kathy, a salesperson who works there was extremely helpful and friendly. I found 2 tables that I like. One table, which I'm leaning towards, I would choose different chairs. I just have to decide if I want a Center Base, which I really prefer or, a table with legs at each corner. I like both tables, I just need to make a decision then return to make my purchase. Great Selection, they have 2 floors of dinette sets. I wound up going back and purchased a Glass Table with Center Base, which opens up with a leaf that rises from the Center and, I bought 4 Chairs in a light grey with Chrome Legs. Set arrived yesterday and I love it. The two delivery guys put the table together. Very Friendly and Polite guys. They did a great job. Highly Recommend This Place

We ordered a table with 4 chairs in october and have still not received it. Over 10 weeks now. Not very happy. Latest reason for delay is the snow in NC. Asked for a loaner. Not something they can do. Not a happy customer.

Update - We received the table shortly after my post. They did everything they could to help us. Unfortunately, the weather in NC did not help us. Table was delivered as scheduled - right on time. Very nice table and comfortable chairs.

If I could give them a 0, I would. Run the other way if you buy custom furniture. I spent almost $3K on a custom dinette and it came with defects; chairs with rough edges and unfinished wood, fabric that wasn't fitted properly. I complained and just get the runaround. Kathy gave me lip service that I would get replacements but won't put anything in writing. I've filed complaints with the state and the BBB.

I bought four chairs and the extended warranty for the chairs as suggested by Dinette by design. Approximately four months after purchase the frame broke on one and cracked on one of the others. The surface also started peeling. Went back to the store they repaired the chairs and I called the warranty company about the peeling and they refused to honor the warranty or discuss anything to fix the problem. It appeared nothing was really covered but that was not what we were lead to believe when we bought it. Very disappointed.

Very large and nice collection of dinettes from the simplest to the modern and refined ones. They answered all of my questions, and they were very helpful. Nice sellers, good prices, free shipping to my doorstep, what else should i say?
