Destin Floral Designs did a spectacular job for our annual party this past weekend. They did everything I asked them to do. I pretty much knew what I wanted. They listened and gave me their suggestions around that. They did not disappoint! It was a WOW factor presentation of flowers! I will definitely be using them next year! All 85 of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were.

Angelina & Raphael were fantastic to work with for my daughter’s wedding. From the bridal bouquet, corsages, boutonnières, arch piece's, various arrangements, and greenery, the final look far exceeded my vision. It was simply spectacular! I highly recommend their expertise and floral design vision.

SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS!!! Destin Floral designs freaking delivered!!!! The bouquet and boutonnière were STUNNING!!! I ordered from another state and hoped for the best and LORD was it PERFECT!!! The most beautiful, fresh and elegant bouquet I have ever seen!!!! Rafael aka “Alfredo” is the FRIGGIN BOMB!!! If you don’t use them, your loss!!!! I can’t thank you enough for making ALL of our pictures better with our flowers!!! It made the day!!! The bigger the bouquet, the skinnier you look!!!

I ordered flowers that were delivered March 11th 2024 to my grandmother. I reached out to the company on March 12th 2024 as the floral arrangement was significantly different than the site photos. I understand that by policy they reserve the right to substitute flowers, however it seems that the flowers sent did not remotely reflect what was ordered. Photo one (what I ordered, blue and purple flowers, dark floral arrangement for sympathy). Photo 2 (what was delivered, bright spring looking floral arrangement, pink/yellow/light purple/light blue flowers).

The response from the person who answered the phone was that they were not able to put ANY of the flowers I ordered due to not being able to have them in stock and instead just changed all of the flowers. While she did say they gave me higher value flowers it was 100% NOT what I ordered and was wanting. I picked out the dark blue and purple vase of flowers for a sympathy floral gift and they did not email, call or contact me in any way before sending my grieving grandmother a 100% different order then I had picked out for her.

There is no reason to shop on the website and pick what you want as they can send ANYTHING they want without even asking or caring that you did not receive what you ordered.

My order total was $109.09

The only thing they offered was additional flowers for free added to future purchases but I don't want to make future purchases knowing they do not deliver what you buy.

I am very disappointed and am thankful my grandmother does not know what I ordered to know it is not correct but I do wish they would have contacted me to give me the option to wait for the flowers I did want to be in stock (they said it being a weekend and me having them delivered on a Monday is the reason they did not deliver what I paid for) I would have waited later in the week to get what I ordered (or even close to what I ordered) if I was given the option.

I am giving 2 stars and not one because the flowers they delivered were on time and beautiful but unfortunately not what I wanted..

I came back to edit my review as the company has addressed the concern and is sending the flower arrangement that I did pay for (at no extra costs) to my grandmother.
