I reached out to Design & Restoration to reupholster a large, round ottoman that was dated and in need of an overhaul. Eric promptly responded to my request for an estimate and helped pull together an updated design with patience and professionalism.
He provided invaluable insight, had fabric samples sent to my home, arranged for the piece to be picked up, and made everything incredibly easy on my end. Both communication and service were excellent throughout the entire process.

Turn around time was faster than expected and the finished product is gorgeous. The design is exactly what I had in mind and it gave new life to a cherished piece of furniture.

The reupholstering of our vintage chair was very good, and the chair is beautiful and comfortable. However, the arm covers were not delivered with the chair… This was in June, 2022 we still have not received the covers for the arms. The entire job was paid for in full at the time of delivery. After months of texting, emailing and calling the owner, Eric, we still have not received them as of October 28, 2022.
We have gotten many excuses and believe that the arm covers were never made. Regrettably, this has been a very disappointing experience, and we will not recommend this business to anyone.

I had a couch and 2 arm chairs reupholstered. I also ordered a slip cover for a day bed. The couch and arm chairs were nicely done; however I never received the slip cover that I paid $1100 for. When I asked the owner Eric for a tracking number for the slip cover that he said he had mailed to me, he said that his staff lost the tracking . I never received my slip cover and Eric refused to refund me for a product that I never received.
He said that he would only refund me for the labor costs of $550 and not refund me the total $1100, insisting that I had to pay for the material. I disagree. I should not have to pay for something that I never received.

I had two old but very dear chairs and these guys brought them to life! Beautiful job in reupholstery and they also restored the wooden legs. They had also been very helpful in selecting the fabric for these chairs and overall made this process smooth and seamless. Thank you!
