I purchased a beautiful lamp that I previously passed up on but so glad I went back for it and lucky it was still there. Can’t wait to come back and find more treasures!

Very professional and knowledge. I purchased a beautiful antique oak dining room table w/inserts, and 6 chairs at a very reasonable price, on a Sunday afternoon. They had it delivered at price so low that I tipped the delivery guys $80, which almost equalled the original delivery fee. We are up a path with many steps on a steep Marin hillside, but the two guys from Lugg didn't bat an eye, and I had my table in my home before dark.

This place is incredible. Family owned with exceptional customer service. Honestly, if everyone was as attentive and nice as the crew that runs Design Plus, the world would be a better place. They are *always* willing to go the extra mile to help you. They greet you at the door with a smile EVERY TIME. They are just consistently positive and upbeat and the store has SO MANY great items. Items are high-end and in great shape.

They also have a "wish list" you can sign up for where they keep an eye out for items that you are looking for. I love that they post everything on the website for both locations too.

You can't miss by giving this place a visit! And better for the planet too. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!

We came when the store was closed, and guess what they let us in, it was so nice of them… because we found beautiful unique furniture with wonderful service from Pete and Maciek… love it, they were so welcoming and so professional… we went to a different consignment store and we were so disappointed because they closed their store 10 min earlier… please support great people with great thoughtful service !!! Highly recommend them…

I mean if that's your taste n is acquired I think...I went in there n saw a lot of people's furniture in consignment n all I could think was I'm glad I'm not one of those people ..the manager...I think a very nice young guy w lots of energy n polite as can be n I guess he likes his job n he is very charming n actually some of the furniture is ok....it is what it is...personally I think the place is a tax write off n a smart move to offset any losses from other businesses...u will either like their stuff or not....but not everyone can be blessed w good taste of how to decorate....if you know people who can't but think they are Martha Stewart let them be...maybe they can do things we can t n that's how the playing field evens out...did I like the store? Not really but it's ok ...I won't go in there again but others will n thTz great too...the store has a lot to choose from...give it a try...u never know...it's pretty big n front lawn is Manicured nicely but the fake grass warns u the kinda people who own this place n what they prefer n or. Buy...
