Wendy and her team were amazing and so easy to work with! We bought a home in Seacrest Beach and Wendy was recommended by our new property mgmt company. Her construction team is outstanding!! They were meticulous and the cleanest I have ever seen.

Here’s what no one can believe - I never once visited the renovation! Never! She kept me informed and sent pictures and videos and we FaceTimed when needed. Anything that may have been done wrong, only two MINOR things out of our entire renovation, were corrected immediately!! It was the best renovation I have ever experienced! And they had the house ready ON TIME!! Being a rental home this was critical!

Wendy took time to select updated pieces that are perfect for heavy use but kept a light airy coastal vibe. We focused on the main living area and outside screened in porch. She also was able to source furniture and other items quickly with her large warehouse and great relationships with vendors. Her team including husband Nathan and also daughter Deidre did an excellent job assisting with the project especially on a short time frame for installation due to busy rental season.
