Today was the delivery of my 4th appliance from Derby. Each visit, the sales team has been honest, straight forward, and fair. They have always beat every competitors price so far. This morning I got a call from the delivery crew with a delivery window between 10-12. They arrived at 10:30. I personally could not be there, a family member was able to stay for the delivery instead. They were nice, polite, kind, and in and out quickly. My only regret was I was not there to tip them. I have recommended them, and will continue to, as long as the level of service stays the same. Shop around, then stop in and see if they can beat the price. What can it hurt?

My dad, who manages a 48 unit apartment complex in Fords, has been getting appliances from Derby forever, so when my husband and I purchased our first investment property they were our first stop. I absolutely understand why my dad's trusted them with his business for so long - everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgable, attentive, and customer-service oriented...and their prices are great! Unfortunately my renovation project took way longer than expected, so I ended up ordering my appliances months early, and they were incredibly understanding and patient - always following up to make sure I still needed them, but never pressured me to pick them up or have them delivered before I was ready. My dad's always worked with Mark, and he speaks incredibly highly of him, but my point of contact for this project was Scott, who's funny demeanor made me smile every time I spoke with him. Thank you so much for your great service and great prices! I will absolutely buy my appliances from Derby in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs to do the same 🙂

They told me go find what I wanted and then come back for the best price. And that's what they did. Clarence and Scott were great. The installers were on time, courteous and professional. We had a few questions in the process and the service was great. Well done.

My husband and elderly Mom went to Derby yesterday because her Freidrich AC was not working and it was time for a new one.
Not only did they have the AC she needed in stock,
they said it would be installed today (!!!)
Over the years our various family members have been very happy with Derby Appliance and we have even referred friends to them who were as pleased as we have been.
Last evening my Mom got the call from Bella Installation and given the "window of time" for Arrival.
They arrived on Schedule as promised and were very nice/polite, neat, and helpful.

The sign on the front of the store says it all! "The little store with the biggest discounts." Everyone who works there is a pleasure. Most notably, the main salesman, Clarence is just an absolute joy. It is definitely worth your time to stop in and talk to them about anything you need. They will do their best to beat any price you can find and give top notch service on top of it. We are certain to be long time customers and I would refer anyone and everyone here.

I went in to look at a washer and dryer and was IMMEDIATELY attended to by Mark. Super AWESOME conversation we had about front and top load washer and dryers. I'm in the process of purchasing a home and will probably try to make it it back to Derby. I wasn't PRESSURED into buying anything like other places. There was a kind of comfort to just looking around and not feeling like you need to be forced to buy something.You don't get that kind of knowledgeable conversation nowadays. Thanks again for the conversation. Derby will be my first choice when I'm ready for that purchase. Thanks again Mark!

Very easy purchase of a new washing machine. I decided to buy an extended warranty, and they registered the machine for me and sent me the paperwork, which meant the amount of work I had to do was zero. They picked up my old machine and installed the new one for me. Everything went great! The delivery people were very careful with getting my old machine down two flights of stairs and getting the new one up to my place. I was very impressed with the whole experience and already recommended them to some friends.
