I ordered a bed last month. It came in quickly and was delivered and set up by Kent and another associate. They were wonderful!!! Very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Great conversations and very personable. I love the bed!!! It is beautiful, sturdy and comfortable!!! I highly recommend Delano's for any of your furniture needs. Great service, communication and commitment.

Outstanding Service, Product, and Price!
-Our old living room pleather furniture was shedding badly, so we spent about a year searching for new furniture. Nothing we found compared to the quality, comfort, and assured service of the American-made Catnapper sofa set. Delano’s in Reedsville offered a listed price that included delivery, removal of old furniture, and service if needed.
-Delano’s has been selling Catnapper products for quite some time, and they have spare parts available should any mechanical issues arise, though they rarely do. We were assured that if we had any problems, we could just reach out.
-When our order arrived, Alex called to let us know they could be at our house in 30 minutes. Alex and Kent (the owner) arrived, removed the old shedding furniture, brought in the new items, set them up, and showed my wife how they work and how to adjust the fiber fill. The entire process, from purchase to delivery, was simple, easy, and pressure-free—a very pleasant experience from a locally owned store.
-It was wonderful to have furniture delivered with care, as it’s challenging to find delivery folks who treat your items as if they were their own. Years ago, I bought a West Virginia-made spring/memory foam twin pillow top mattress from Delano's that I used in a truck sleeper. I loved that mattress and slept like a baby. The kids really enjoyed it when they traveled with me, and they even fought over who would get it when the mattress came home after I no longer had that job.
-I’ve always had great experiences with Delano’s, and I’m sure you will too. Remember, the price you see is the total price (plus tax), as delivery and removal are included and not added later, unlike most other places.

UPDATED REVIEW. I continue to be pleasantly surprised at Delano's customer care and professionalism.
The difference between using a smaller, local shop, over a big box store has become increasingly clear. One of our chairs developed a motor problem. I called Delano's at 10am, when they opened and by 4:30pm, Alex had arrived with my new motor... that despite his having a trip time of over an hour each way. As I said I'm my initial review, if I need any type of furnishing for my home, Delano's will be my first choice!!

We've been looking for matching power lift recliners to replace a love seat recliner. Kent at Delano's was so helpful in the store on Saturday. We found exactly what we wanted and they were affordable through the President's Day sale. And today they were delivered! No delivery charge and they took away the love seat too!
The delivery was fast and efficient and they were as personable as they come. If I need any more home furnishings, I'll be making Delano's my first stop!
