I wish I had a sixth star. My Kitchen Aide dishwasher trays needed sophisticated repair or I was going to have to replace the entire unit. It was a complicated situation, but Debow’s was totally up to the task! This repair saved me about a thousand dollars. Debow’s is a business that is a best example of hometown service!

Every time I walk in with old parts in hand they know exactly what I need! Quick service and genuine factory parts serving the local area, this is the best anybody could ask for! Sure you could shop online to save a few bucks for some low quality parts and risk not getting the right part, it isn't worth the hassle. Here, you can talk with a real person and get the right parts the first time! I'll be a customer for life.

I am just blown away by the service I received today! My appliances are 4 years old, so it's distressing to have things fail. Shawn took the time to explain what was wrong and the cost to repair. He also shared the life expectancy of the fridge. We also have a dishwasher control panel refusing to change functions without having to slam the door, which is frustrating.

Both repair estimates were more than fair, but based on Shawn's information and guidance, we are putting off the minor inconveniences and looking into replacements in the not too far distance.

It is not often any more that a company has such integrity to look out for the customer's well-being over a buck. I guarantee I would not have had a similar experience with a different company.

I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know. Thanks DeBow's for such excellent customer service!

I don’t usually write reviews but… their customer service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I’d rather have McDonald drive through service than deal with that again. I’m a laid back person and understand people have bad days but yeeesh, the service got me frustrated. It’s not only my opinion based off prior reviews as well.

After being gone for 4 days, came home to our house fridge not cooling. Called several services, Debow's was the only one that could come out same day. Everyone else would be two days out. Debow's was there that afternoon with parts on the truck. Excellent service and good work. Had a concern the next day, they called me right back and it was resolved over the phone. This experience was exactly what quality customer service should be every time. Good family business doing things right. Many talk the talk, but few walk the walk when it comes to service.

7:45 AM in St Augustine Shores, one of your trucks pretended is doing a left turn in the left lane in US 1 to go to the plaza with Winn Dixie and Walgreens, but decided to go forward on red while 20+ vehicles were waiting at a red light . Totally disobeying traffic rules and endangering others in traffic unnecessarily while they try to go to work following traffic rules. Then I noticed for a few more miles this particular truck from your company switching lanes like mad , sometimes using the turn signals...sometimes. Take it easy out there and be safe.
