Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable of the appliances he was selling. I bought a washer/dryer set and they delivered and installed them the next day. The price was very fair in our over priced economy! A few days later the dryer stopped heating (probably just a heating coil) and they came out ASAP with a replacement dryer that was the same model and brand of the one I purchased. No questions asked! They were apologetic and overall great to deal with. I will definitely recommend this business and be a return customer.

Buyer Beware, I bought a brand new washer/dryer set from them three months ago. The washer timer stopped working, rendering it useless and the dryer heating element stopped working. Wasted my money with these people, they offer no returns or the willingness to make things right. You've been warned.

These men were wonderful. Very helpful. Affordable and quick to deliver.
Just be sure you get exactly what you want.
While buying my washer he also showed me the set. My present dryer only worked on HOT so I chose to replace it and bought the set explaining about my hot dryer. At home the same day as delivery I noticed the this drier only has a hot setting. I had no idea they were even made with only HOT setting.
We settled that I would pay more money plus delivery to change it. I would be called on Monday when a dryer was selected.
That was the last I heard from them.

The owner was very respectful and professional! He met us at the shop after hours so we could purchase a washer and dryer. 10/10 customer service and also very trustworthy. I would highly recommend this business!

This guy is awesome! I was blown away by how helpful he was. The washer was like new and affordable. He runs a great business and I can't say enough good things about this place. Go here even if you don't need an appliance just to witness how a business should be ran. I wish I could rate them 6 stars.

I bought a washer and dryer set. They delivered and installed them in my apartment in Gainesville. Amazing service. Good communication. Good prices. Very friendly. 100% recommended.

EDIT: 4 months later, the appliances are still going strong. I am very happy with them.

I had a wonderful experience! The washer we bought was only working on Cold and he came back out to our house and fixed it with no problems! Really good customer service and very nice guy.
