My mom, my sister and I just love this store!
The clothing is very unique. Beautiful pieces for women that you wouldn’t find in a regular department store. The owner Lucy hand picks all her inventory. All the clothing in her store is very soft, lightweight for these hot summer days in Florida and super comfortable! The clothing appeals to all age groups. She also sells jewelry, bracelets, etc. to complete your outfit. Do yourself a favor and go visit Lucy and Ray in DAZZLES store located in the lighthouse point shopping plaza 🤩

Loved shopping here! Sales person was so pleasant and helpful. Trendy clothing for those of us who enjoy being in style and are no longer on our 20s. I purchased a cute jacket, nice high quality tank top and a bracelet. I won’t hesitate to return.

Hello fellow shoppers!
I had a purely accidental but memorable Dazzling experience at Dazzles last week. A pair of blue jeans drew my attention, so I walked in. I tried out the jeans and was hesitant about their fit, but I got them as I'm more comfortable trying things at home instead of in public places.
Later that week, I tried them again at home, with my mirrors, and decided the fit was not to my taste. I came back to the store to return/exchange the purchase. An employee told me I missed the seven-day window for returns and exchanges but encouraged me to return the next day and speak with the owner. I returned the next day when the lady owner told me all sales were final due to COVID! Not sure what "Dazzled" me the most, the lame COVID excuse (Perhaps she confused the COVID restriction of her Chinese supplier and forgot for a moment we lived in the State of Florida) or her aggressive denial stance, lacking any notes of customer service, business management skills, and basic work ethics. After having the receipt stuck under my nose (Literally), showing no returns/exchanges policy, I gave up. I can not manage the confrontation well. I felt unvalued as a customer and as a woman. Frustrated, I left the jeans in the store and walked away. Sadly, the owner never understood that I was not pursuing the refund but the experience.
So if you decide to visit "Dazzles," consider yourself warned. And if you choose to buy blue jeans, remember, they have been paid for and are for resale again.

Bad Aftertaste...

It is a little joint with mediocre quality and bad work ethics.
I gravitated in there with my wife after a UPS drop. She was looking for a pair of jeans. The lovely employee helped us find what we were looking for apart from the price. She had to call the owner to come in and give us a price. Owners showed up, showed no welcoming signs, and looked irritated. I heard no hello or welcome, or it will be just a moment-cliche phrase. If anything, we felt obsolete and irrelevant to the situation. I was ready to walk away but stayed for my wife. The search and rescue operation for the price sticker turned into eternity, with occasional melancholic sighs from the storage room. Owners grew sulky and grumpy. We tried a joke to break the ice, but it bounced right back. We should have left then. Finally, after intense labor, the price was born. We paid and got out to get away from "Dazzles."
Part two of this nightmare came alone when my wife decided to return the pair a few days later. Evidently, this classy establishment is so insecure about the quality of its stock they have no returns/refunds policy. All sales are final, pretty much like a dead men's suit.

Lucy and Ray have incredible taste and manage to have something for everyone. They are patient, honest when one asks an opinion and very focused on stocking gorgeous clothing and accessories at affordable prices. Have gotten many compliments on things I've bought there.

Attention men, this is THE place to shop for the women in your life. First class service, and they tell you what goes together and what to avoid. My wife appreciates and will wear[more than once!] Purchases from dazzles. Big selection, gift wrapping, etc. Dazzles is the best kept secret around.
