We stopped by CVS to get some alcoholic beverages when we were staying at a nearby hotel. Prices are fair (for a CVS, which typically upsells regular brands) and they have a fair collection of wines. However they were all out of beer two nights in a row which tells me that their logistics needs people who can efficiently handle inventory.

The pharmacy is located on the back side of the store and has a very decently sized waiting area. Self checkout lanes are available.

The thing we found to be odd was this individual who was standing next to the entry staring at people walking in and mumbling someone constantly. This also happened two nights in a row and creeped us out a little bit.

This pharmacy sucks... They do not take calls and do not give dates on when prescriptions will be filled. I have two pills left and my prescription has said "pending" for a week. Do not use the auto fill option. You may or may not get your pills and they will not provide any dates as to when it will be fill. Don't bother calling because they have no option to speak to a real person and don't bother leaving a message, no one returns calls either.

I love coming to this CVS during my break from work. The workers are so friendly- especially the tall white man with glasses and the young black women are. So friendly and kind. Always well stalked too!

I hate that you can't talk to a person... This is the worse pharmacy. They don't take calls, they don't return calls and they won't give you a date when they are going to refill your prescription. Zero customer service options. They just leaving you stressed out and wondering if you are going get your mediation. I really need to find new pharmacy.

It's your typical CVS in regards to the store itself. No more or less.
But I come here for the pharmacy. Honestly it's the best service I've gotten in that department, anywhere. I've had all my prescriptions switched over to it. The tech is kind, proficient, & the pharmacist goes a bit above & beyond if I need anything fixed or printed out. Even if it's busy, they do not act annoyed & it's really appreciated.
It doesn't seem to me that the negative reviews come from the regulars who come in. Only my opinion.

It is very difficult to have an employee answer questions. We walked up to the register where the manager was standing, she looked at us and walked off. We stood there alone for another five minutes while two other employees ignored us. We finally had to call out asking who was working the register. An employee stated that it was self serve. Mind you, there were two registers that were not self serve. There were also products located behind the registers that only could be accessed by an employee… Finally after retrieving our items in the store to purchase, the self serve registers were being used with a long line accumulating. Mean while, the manager is standing behind one of the regular (non self serve) registers. I asked her if she was opened for service. She looked at me and said, “No, I am handling something else.” I really believe that if there was another pharmacy chain competing against them, the customer service would be far better. The place has limited products but we are happy to patronize the business. I usually order online with CVS for the products that they do not carry. Just know before you go that they lack good customer service and professionalism at the manager level leaves a lot to be desired…
