The nicest guy you could ever meet. The worst quality you could imagine. Brought my boat cover for repair, didn't last for 1hr cost $300 2 months . Called owner said for another $300 he would make a new cover. 3 months later received my new boat cover. Less than one year later already failed. I WOULD NOT TAKE A CUSHION TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BAAD BAAD BAAD

Had a new headliner and window visors installed on my 97 Z71 @ 5 years back, and it is holding up perfectly and looks brand new still while sitting outside all day. Very competitive prices too.?

Worst experience ever. I'm out nearly a thousand dollars and my car is worse than when I took it in. Awful upholstery job then they ran screws into my b pillars to secure the pillar covers that they damaged upon removal. They now refuse to pay for repairs. My only option is to take it back to them I am told. Why would I ever trust them again You aren't even a body shop. How can you properly repair the holes you drilled into my car? You couldn't even handle the upholstery job. How could you possibly handle body work and color matching? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR BOAT HERE!!!

Very disappointed I've been waiting two weeks just for an estimate. Good luck trying to get a call back from these people. I don't know what's going on over there but they came recommended I still haven't gotten a call back , needless to say I found someone else but that's just not good business having a person wait and wait .well I guess they dont really need the business. Well I'm sorry my name don't ring a bell with you I've called and left at least three messages, physically walk in talk to a young lady who told me your place had caught on fire , I was there at least 30 minutes talking to her called again when I didn't hear anything back it's okay at least I finally got a response.

Restored my 1962 Chevy Nova and had my upholstery done here at Custom Stitch. They did a great job. They finished a couple days later than they said they would but it was well worth the wait, thanks guys !!

Horrible, brought my snap in carpet from my boat to have new carpet made (so they had the EXACT PATTERN) had to bring it back 2 times before it was finally done correctly, the man we dealt with was very rude asked what did we want him to do?, how about fixing the problem and perhaps an apology for having to come back again, POOR WORKMANSHIP, also Dennis broke one of the bows on our bimini top said he was going to get us another one, never happened, no mention of it, I will never come back and I will definitely let everyone else know what a horrible treatment we got.
