As an owner of an automotive exotic car customization shop, I have not had this poor of service in my 18 years of doing business with various vendors. I guess paint shops.in Florida go by different codes when it comes to customer satisfaction and making a paint code mixing errors right for the customer. This company has given me the run around for over a week for less than the cost it will take to repair the bad reputation of their business practices. Wow, this will never happen again, especially from Custom Paints, llc.RESPONSE TO RESPONSE AFTER 7 MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL REVIEW THE OWNER COMES BACK TO TRY TO DEFEND THEMSELVES, ....READING COMPREHENSION MUST BE A LOW REQUIREMENT OF BEING A PAINT SHOP OWNER IN YOUR PART OF FLORIDA OR PAINT FUMES MAY HAVE DONE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE BRAIN. 1ST. I NEVER SAID I WAS IN THE "PAINTING" BUSINESS FOR OVER 18 YEARS, I CLEARLY STATED THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF DEALING WITH ANY VENDERS IN MY 18 YEARS OF SERVICE IN MY INDUSTRY ... 2ND, NEVER DID I TELL YOU THAT "ALL" THE PAINT WAS USED UP FROM YOUR FAULTY PAINT CODE AND MATCHING SYSTEMS, I STILL HAVE THIS TRASHY PAINT IF YOU WANT IT BACK, YOU WANTED ME TO "PAY" FOR RETURN SHIPPING FOR Y-O-U-R, SUBSTANDARD PAINT AND THE COST OF SENDING THE PAINT BACK WOULD BE MORE THAN THE PAINT ITSELF AND YOU KNEW THAT THATS WHY YOU REQUESTED ME TO SEND THE PAINT BACK WITH ME PAYING FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING....NOT!¡!! THEN FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU PUT THE BRAND OF MY VEHICLE "FERRARI" IN QUOTATION MARKS LIKE I ORDERED PAINT FOR A NON- EXOTIC VEHICLE TO BE PAINTED THAT COLOR. THERE IS ZERO POINTS FOR YOU TRYING TO SAY A "BURN" BUT NON OF THIS MATTERS BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS CHARGED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD THUS I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING!!!! SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR NON SERVICE.....

It's the first off this place never ever answers their phone. Was trying to call them for 3 days before I decided well what the heck I'll take the 15 mile drive up there and see if they're in business. Set my wife to get a color match on our Dodge Charger. The guy mixes up a quarter paint opens it up with a church key at the counter shows her the color puts the lid on with his thumbs and on the way home the lid pops off and I lose half the paint. At $250 a quart that cost me $125 bucks. So after she told me that the guy put the lid on with his thumbs and not a mallet like you're supposed to I thought well it's a no-brainer they'll take care of it. I go back up there and the guys like I put them on with my thumbs all the time I'm not going to take care of it I will offer you a discount. I'm it's your fault the lid came off cuz you didn't properly put it on. Anyway I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager I got nowhere. My advice is go to auto body Express over on 19 where they know how to put a lid on. The paint was definitely not any better than shopline Plus. I will be reaching out to the owner in the UK. I'm disabled vet on a fixed income and this is a lot of money to me to get ripped off.

Absolutely great experience with these guys!! Great price, super fast shipping and the paint is of amazing quality. Best spray can I've ever used, lays nice and even with no splatter spray. Just ordered my 2nd can to finish a project on the car. Color match is spot on also, after trying 3 different gloss blacks just trying to get close, I should've just ordered this from the jump.
