Though a little delayed in posting, we had an excellent experience with the team at CKBB! They fully remodeled two of our bathrooms in IRB. The communication was clear and prompt, ensuring everything went smoothly. Product availability in showroom was fantastic; they had everything we needed without any hassle. The workers were diligent, always on top of things and making sure everything was done efficiently. A special shout-out to Mark, Dave and Jean—they were awesome to work with! Their customer service was top-notch, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend to others!

We are unbelievably happy with our new kitchen! If you’re in the market for a new kitchen or bath, Custom Kitchen Bath and Beyond will not disappoint! From the day I contacted this company, the owner, Mark, has been in constant contact with me. From making sure we’re comfortable with the estimate to doing a thorough walkthrough upon completion, he was a breeze to communicate with.
The crew was always on time, impeccably clean and paid very close attention to detail. I was always informed of when they were coming and what they were doing. No surprise visits and (unlike other companies) no long periods of time without any work being done.

CKBB did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. Every contractor they brought in to do our bathroom was the best of the best. I was completely comfortable with everyone they sent to work on our remodel. I can’t wait to use them again for our kitchen remodel next.

Mr .Mark and his company has been around for years. They do not install Home Depo laminate counters and particle board cabinets. If you want the absolute lowest price, quick but shoddy workmanship - Call someone else.

If you want QUALITY - Custom with fine craftsmanship at a fair price. Beautiful Granite - Marble. Solid wood cabinetry. This is the place to call for your Kitchen or Bath. I believe he will also do custom walk in closets. The lady who works in the design studio / store is always super nice to me.

As for the one star reviews here - understand there are always those that foolishly believe people are stupid and lowering their competitor's rating , somehow improves theirs. Usually these people have only written 1 or 2 Google reviews in their entire Google life.

In my business - if you believe the fairy tale 1 star reviews. I left customers sitting on the curb, along with their $425. There were dead fish in the kayak, and my custom aluminum kayak trailer is rusty. Go figure.

When I decided to redo a bathroom, I was apprehensive. We had been through some other recent upgrades and that experience was not one I would assess on the positive side. I went into CKBB to inquire about their services. After conferring with Jean Wagoner who was so informative and educated on many aspects of a remodel, I was proposing I was beyond comfortable with giving the company a try. I am satisfied beyond measure. Mark, Dave, Chris, Carlos Eric, Dean and Cody (if I forgot anyone I apologize) alleviated any misgivings I had about taking on another project. GREAT experience with the whole team. What a pleasure it was to have met every person on the team in addition to the great work.

Where do I begin? Mark is a great guy that will give you a great finished job at an honest price. Dave, his crew and all of the other contractors that they used were all very respectful, listened to our wants and needs and did a very professional job.
When you have specific needs and details that are important Jean, the office manager, is the one that you want to tell them to. Jean will become your best friend during you job because she is the one that keeps track/organizes all of your specific wants and needs.
All together they make a great team that will give you a great job, are very honest and will give you a fair price.
