If I could give Custom Floors 10 stars, I would!
Our 85-year-old bathroom desperately needed a makeover, and I had never undertaken a remodeling project before. The staff at Custom Floors patiently and expertly took me through the entire process, with stunning results! Everyone at Custom Floors is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Carolyn understood what I was looking for right away and led me through their gorgeous selection of tile to find the perfect combination of wall and floor tile for our bathroom and introduced me to the lovely idea of adding a niche in the shower. Leslie was incredibly supportive, helping me to fine-tune the plans right down to obtaining the beautiful Carrara marble threshold that I chose. Leslie and Mike took the time to explain the entire process to me and worked to schedule the job when it was convenient for our family.
The entire remodeling job went incredibly smoothly. Everyone who entered our home was an expert who treated it with respect. The demolition team was unbelievably tidy and took special care to leave our beautiful original tub unblemished. Greg did a great job of reframing the tub area to allow for new plumbing and created a custom niche for me. Then he proceeded on a masterful tiling job. My home is older and not everything is square or true, but he took on the difficult task with patience and expertise, and the results are gorgeous!
Throughout the process, Mike came by regularly to check on the job and interface with the team, including our plumber, and each phase progressed in a timely manner.
We could not be happier with our remodeling experience with Custom Floors. In fact, we had them return to replace the flooring in our den. Not surprisingly, the gentlemen who came to do the work were highly experienced professionals, and the floor looks beautiful. I could not recommend Custom Floors more enthusiastically!

I want to personally thank Leslie and Mike for their patience and service while I picked a backsplash for my remodeled kitchen. Leslie ordered samples so that I can see what they’d look like during the day and night. We picked Equipe Artisan White Glossy which ties our two tone kitchen beautifully. I would highly recommend this local tile shop to anyone.

Our kitchen was completely remodeled. As part of that Custom floors installed porcelain tiles on the kitchen floor and the entry area and installed backsplash tiles above the countertops. Working with the sales people in the store was easy and they were very helpful in making some of the choices that had to be made along the way.
The quality of the workmanship in installing the tiles and backsplash was excellent . 2 other contractors working on site after the floor was installed commented (unsolicited) on the quality of the installation of the tiles. A major issue during the floor installation (not caused by Custom floor ) was handle quickly and no extra charge by the owner of Custom Floors and the on site person .They jumped in and did what had to be done.
The entire project was done on time.

Mike the owner and his staff are fantastic to work with. Never know the size of the store has so many things to choose from. We had stairs redone and new carpet installed and looks great. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Leslie and Mike and their installers were great to work with. I had fallen in love with a shower tile that turned out to look totally different from the sample when it was delivered in boxes! Leslie spoke to the vendor and returned the whole lot then took me with her to the distributor to pick out an alternate tile. 2 days later we were back on track for the installation. My kitchen backsplash was a nightmare to figure out because my countertops were just a few shades off white...again, we searched and I found a perfect solution! They all are professional and accommodating to work with and I am a well satisfied consumer!
