Because I look at every pillow ad I know what the options are. Some have really good advertising about bad necks and shoulder pain which I have. But none looked as promising for the neck support as well as shoulder support for what I need as a side sleeper. This pillow is perfect. And the ability to roll it up in a colorful sleeve to attach to my suitcase for travel-oh wow- too perfect for words. Cannot say enough!

Cushion Lab's customer service was great and for this reason I give them 4 stars. Even though the cushion didn't help my particular issue they were understanding at least. Since I couldn't get a refund of the shipping I was pleased that I was offered a refund minus the shipping cost by their customer service dept. They even told me I could pass on the cushion to someone else who maybe can be helped by the cushion, so hopefully a family member can use it at least.

Hi there. I’m real. Not getting paid!! Just have to say how amazing Cushion Lab products are. I’ve had so many surgeries for being crashed into by a truck carrying palm trees. Broke my neck and spine completely. Yes..DOA. Then my friend found me in the hospital’s morgue! He grabbed me, took me to Mexico to an amazing surgeon! 3 months of surgeries. So, that was 2008. As you can imagine I’ve been through hell and back. Then, just last month 10/24, I saw an ad for these cushions for my couch, and foot support.

So I ordered them not expecting anything great. BUT I was shocked at how amazing they are. I bought more, the foot rests which keep my spine straight, the, I bought more for my bedroom. THEN I bought the pillow. My neck has never known this comfort and freedom. If you have ever had surgery I swear these products are life changing. I can sit with no pain, lie down no pain, oh and the one the leg seperators. Exquisite, inspiring, and the gratitude I have for their customer service. Oh gosh, I’m rambling, I hardly ever write reviews, but this company is Number 1 for me. 100percent grateful to them. Tina

I love these cushions! I have bought them for my car, my home office and my daughter who also works from home. I bought her the three set with the back pillow and the floor pillow and the seat cushion and it makes a big difference in her day as well. I have had three back surgeries and I cannot sit in hard chairs or chairs without support. I can sit for a much longer time on these cushions without causing myself pain. I have tried quite a few cushions & nothing compares!

I have tried over 20 pillows on my pillow journey. I ordered the deep sleep pillow a few months back. From night 1 this pillow has changed my life. It holds your head and neck in the right most supported and comfortable sleep position. I honestly am so thankful to have found this pillow. It is a complete game-changer. I originally bought the cushion for my desk chair to alleviate lower back pain. This cushion has greatly improved the situation. I wound up buying one for my dad who uses a wheelchair. He's much more comfortable now as well

This is absolutely the best pillow I have come across! I have been through them all dating back to my first Tempur-Pedic 20 years ago and most recently the Purple Pillow and their Heavenly Pillow. I got my new Deep Sleep pillow yesterday, and wasn't too sure about it UNTIL I went to lay down last night. I usually read for an hour or so after going to bed, but not sure that I made it more than 10 minutes before falling asleep and then did not wake up until this morning. This NEVER happens, but it did and I'm looking forward to tonight and many more sleeping all through the night. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have neuropathy and lower back pain. I've been waiting on my chair to get here but it's taking forever. I ordered a cushion for my chair from cushion lab but knowing what to expect . Omg, I'm amazed and so happy I took that chance. It was quickly delivered and it feels amazing. No pain fo re me and that's a wonderful thing. No nerve pain so either. The company seems like they care and have a lot of pride in their product. They let me know when it was shipped and then when it should be delivered. I'm very satisfied with the product and the company. This is the customer service other companies should strive to have. Thank you Cushion Lab!
