Great company. During a power outage in 2018 we first learned of Connecticut generator. They were the only company that would come out and help in an emergency situation. We had an existing generator that failed and they came out and spent the entire day trying to repair it. Finally we agreed to purchase a new generator which they installed. The service has been excellent. When we moved to a new home, we had them upgrade an existing generator and then continued to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend CT Generator!

I can't say enough about CT Generator. Katy in the office is very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. All of the techs that have come out to do the annual maintenance or provide service have been very knowledgeable and provided great service. I was searching for a new generator service company and stumbled upon CT Generator Service. I was absolutely amazed at how I was treated as a customer. Katy provides friendly, knowledgeable and courteous customer service I NEVER have to remind them that I'm due for service. Now, I have a problem and need major service. During the aftermath of the Hurricane in Connecticut we last experienced, my generator stopped working on a Sunday, and help was needed. I called and Katy answered the phone while trying to enjoy her time with her family. She put me in touch with Billy in service who walked me through the possibilities of what could have caused the shutdown.
Within 15 minutes he solved the issue ( needed more oil) and the problem was fixed. He also gave me a short tutorial which I'm grateful to know I can still learn.
Their customer service is ALWAYS outstanding and they are KIND FOLKS.

Have had both a generator installed and heating coils on the roof. The electric went out only once for about 20 minutes but the changeover was seamless. The heating coils work - no more ice jams or icicles hanging from the gutters. Have always found them to be responsive to my calls, arrive on time, and notify me when they are coming to do annual service. Important to me are companies/people who RETURN phone calls.
