Mr. Cruz stopped by after calling yesterday saying the our dryer was spinning and not heating up. He showed up after having another appointment in Lakeland, telling me he would call when he gets at our house which he did. He was professional, courteous and explained what happened to our dryer. He diagnosed the issue as soon as he took the back panel off, went out to the truck, got the part, replaced it then tested the unit to ensure it continued to work. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Fast and reliable service!

Purchased an Amana HVAC system from them. The installation was faulty, causing problems from the start. They failed to properly integrate the thermostat with the unit; failed to properly install the auxiliary heater; failed to check the refrigerant level...I could go on and on. Cruz Appliance service people are not knowledgeable in HVAC systems.

Great place .We got a refrigerator for a decent price .We got free delivery and they took away our old fridge for free . Picked out our fridge and delivered on the same day . Also got a free 6 month warranty. Highly recommend them , awesome people. nice to find trustworthy people. ?

Called at 10:15 am on a holiday. Explain the issue with my dryer. She said i will call you back. By 10:25 Mr. Cruz was in my driveway. 10:30 my dry was fixed! I was so thankful! Excellent customer service!!!!!!!

Mr. Cruz has looked at or fixed several of my appliances including washer, dryer and refrigerator. Always fast, curtious service! If he can fix it, he does it fast and at a good price. If he cant fix it, or if it cost more to fix than replace, he tells me. Highly recommend! Office staff is amazing as well

Very poor experience. Got way over charged to change out a dryer cord, and when it wasn't working the next day, they wanted to charge me again to come out and fix their mistake. Never had an issue with my dryer before, and all I needed was to change the cord to a 3 prong. What a headache and waste of money. Also, they took down my sliding wood doors to my laundry room and did not put them back up when he was done, and never offered a receipt. Do not recommend using this company at all.

They need to take more pride in their town. It is sad that as you drive into Dade City you have to pass this business on River Rd and see what looks liken a junk yard with all the used appliances and parts laying out in the open instead of, inside a building or behind a fence. I would not use their services if they can’t even keep their own location clean and respectful to their neighbors.

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. This guy and his company are a joke. If I could give home no stars I would. I dont even know how they are in. Business. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Stay clear of this company and his rude comments and the way he treats people. You can tell by his rude comments on anyone who made a negative post. This guy is a joke!!!!!
