I had a issue where carmax had burned my seats to my new car, they took care of it of course but the people they selected just wow!!!! Mary was so awesome at her job and you can tell she takes pride in her work! She was very eager as well to get this done for me which made the experience so much better! Finally we got a hold of each other and the seats were fixed! I will definitely be using these guys again for any fixes I may need! Thank a bunch!

The repair performed on a badly torn leather seat in my 20-year old Honda looks great. It's only been a couple of days, so I can't speak to longevity, but very nice job. The technician Mary was very pleasant and professional. I can strongly recommend this service.

We have used CCI twice and both times have been excellent. One time to repair my leather car interior and last week to repair 5 different areas of damage on our leather sofa. Mary and Lynette are both highly skilled at their craft and professional and sweet as can be.

Amazing work on dining room chairs. Four chairs had small holes from upholstery cleaning.
