This is the only place to buy furniture or appliances, the staff is great, if you have a problem with something you purchase they waste no time getting the maintenance guys out to take care of it, the maintenance guys are great. They will treat you right!!!

Bought a 2,000 dollar bed , the same week it broke . Has bin broken 4 times !
Now they are telling me it has no warranty! When I bought it , I was told a life time warranty on frame!
Don’t buy from them they are the king of lies! Save you money and time ! Run

So please be aware if you choose to do business with the Craftons, if all goes well that's fine. But we purchased a nice sofa on sale, they were friendly and offered to deliver that same day. Then when they got there, the delivery guys shoved it through the door with the feet on and snagged the fabric! Acted like it was no big deal and said they would replace it, well we went around with them for several days and they never offered to repair the snag, said they would order me one but that I would have to pay the price difference for an equal sofa!! No thanks! I purchased a new unblemished sofa, not one your guy snagged and then cuts with his box knife. Needless to say we got a refund. And the salesman Mike was super nice but Me Crafton went and hid while he refunded our money. And didn't even greet us coming in the store! Very sad and not a good hometown Searcy experience.

I have no choice but to leave this review. We bought a sofa on sale that we really liked, the moving guys shoved it through our door, tearing the fabric. Then the guy takes a box knife to the loose thread and says it looks ok now. We were told we could exchange it for another on the floor, we didn't like any of the other sofas. We were told they could order us one like it, but it would cost us extra. I told them they should eat the cost to get us a new sofa, mister Crafton the owner proceeds to hide and let's his very nice worker Mike deal with us. If you want to buy furniture here I'm sure it will be fine, but this was our experience.

I uploaded a picture of the paper they mailed us after they found out about the rip. I guess they want us to let them know if it frays so they can upsell us

I have been shopping with Craftons for many years. I miss the Jacksonville store but the drive to Searcy is not bad at all. Friendly folks are always available to help and basically bend over backwards to help get you what you want. Love the choices they offer along with the trendiest available. Mike and Phillip are awesome along with the management. Great guy's!!
