Chris responded quickly to my initial inquiry to replace our shower enclosure. After taking precise measurements, he provided a very competitive estimate. Installation took a little longer than I expected, probably because I chose to observe the whole process. Chris was obviously committed to a quality installation and did an excellent job. I contacted Chris to remove and replace a 20 year old, original slider shower door with a new hinged door. Removing the old door uncovered 20 years of gunk and caused some aesthetic problems but Chris had the tools and expertise to handle it. He is a real craftsman. His professionalism, patience and attention to detail is very hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Chris at CR Glass to replace some glass in windows where the Low E coating was failing. We called him and he came out right away and took the measurements and was back in a few days to install. He was able to match the Low E tint on the other windows and make it look like we didn't change a thing. They look great! We are very happy to have used CR Glass.

My mom wanted mirrors in the garage and I reached out to several people to get quotes. Chris was by far the most affordable quote out of 8 different businesses. He responded super quick and great communication. I Asked about a small glass top for a table last minute and he was able to have it done at the same time as the mirror installment. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Chris and CR Glass. I purchased a glass shower door and since then we have had nothing but issues trying to keep the door closed. Every shower is a fight. I reach out to Chris asking him to come take a look at the shower hoping he would be able make adjustments to get it to stay closed and he stated he was having childcare issues and was not able to make it. I expressed my empathy and told him I'd reach back out at a later time. I have tried time and time again since then and he will not call or text back. I do not recommend CR Glass.
