Working directly with County Appliance to step in when issues arise at my rental properties has made my life so much easier!
I have a personal relationship with Gabriella my sales person, and her team has always stepped up to the plate whether it’s for a repair, servicing, or installation of a new appliance. They are a 10 out of 10, the service is impeccable. The products are diverse, and they make shopping easy including remote ordering & payment from my office whenever I’m too swamped to head over. Either way, always a pleasure!!! 10/10++++ /no complaints

It was a pleasure working with Gabriela. She is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. She returns phone calls and emails promptly and immediately took care of a very minor issue with an air fryer tray that was missing in the delivery. We will absolutely go back to her for our next appliance purchase. She's wonderful!

The service was very pleasant, fast and highly efficient. We worked with on the Fernando the ordering and our washer and dryer were delivered in less than a week. The delivery and installation went very smoothly and the delivery men were knowledgable and very effective. They had to reverse a dryer door and that took a little more time and effort than usual, but they got it done well and quickly. I would definitely use this appliance store again.

Awesome experience. Though it was just a new Weber grill, Sean, Craig and the delivery personnel made it a seamless experience. I couldn't be happier. Will absolutely work directly with County for my future appliance needs.

Seamless process from beginning to end. The salesman (Mike) was very knowledgeable and helped us get the correct appliances.
The delivery system is great and you are notified who is coming to do the installation and when the crew will arrive. The installers were very competent and left no mess. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

I knew exactly what I wanted, called the store and spoke to Melissa. Easy and a pleasure to work with.
The installer County uses is G and M Appliance and he came on time, was neat and did a great job.
