I have bought plenty of furniture from this location before. Today, I went in to purchase a mat. One of the white male associates followed my niece and me around the entire store. I politely asked him if he needed anything, and he replied, "Y'all good." Before leaving, I filed a complaint with the two ladies at the front, who assured me they would inform the owner immediately.

Spencer went above and BEYOND for me! He found the exact couch I was looking for, showing me the exact color and price….all through the phone! He got me squeezed in on the schedule to have it delivered next day, and I find his customer service incredible! What an amazing asset to this store. Thank you, Spencer. You’re the best.

Purchased 4 chairs that had a recall on the cup holder and it’s been 6 months with out the use of my chairs. Which is ridiculous Servicemen came out but could not fix them! I simply want 4 chairs that work after all they were almost $2k each.

Purchased an entire living room. We went to Every store in town and this was the one that they didn't pressure us and we found the best price. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Can’t recommend this hidden gem enough. Cost plus has the best selection around with the best prices! Duston always takes great care of his customers. We’ve furnished my house, my mom’s house, and my grandma’s house with CostPlus. We all LOVE our Mayo sectionals! They last forever. Thanks Duston!

Furniture is well priced but not worth the hassle. I ordered pieces from them. The first one was in stock and to be delivered in 1-2 days. Over the next 6 weeks it was variously been damaged, wrong item sent, at the warehouse, not at the warehouse with a bunch of other stories. The other 2 items were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks and it was the same routine of different excuses and telephone calls not returned. Finally getting delivered. Cost Plus said they would cover the $75 delivery charge due to all the issues. Guess what? You are correct. They did not do that. Lost a customer over bad service and $75. Take my advice and pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

Johnathan was the best by far on selling us a mattress that was perfect for my mom. He knew what was the best suitable for her. He was not pushy at all and was very thorough explaining the difference between each mattress and what to look for her best sleep because she’s a side sleeper.
