We had the best Large Appliance purchasing experience by not going to an impersonal big box store! At Contractors Home, Danica was logical and thorough after asking us the important guestions of what we were looking for and how soon we wanted it. She showed us ONLY what was available immediately that fit our needs along with some more features we weren't aware of. As a person that can cook, she understood and could explain the use and features of the new range we decided upon. She also explained (from her own experience) how the new washers and dryers worked, giving us answers and the only place we will purchase appliances from now! The GE range was actually delivered and installed a day earlier than she expected, with the warehouse informing us and the truckers doing a great, professional, and complete installation.

Danica Caruso, their Sales and Marketing specialist was very courteous over the phone and assisted us with appliance selection when we were at their store. Other than being warm and welcoming, Danica was patient in explaining the different options, comparing different models and making sure the appliance dimension matched our space requirement. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful, they know the appliances quite well. Pricing, at least for high-end appliances, is pretty much fixed everywhere, so you're not going to get a deal on the cost of the appliances. Major factors will be the cost of the warranties, and how you are treated at the store. I was very pleased overall with my experience here.

Easy ride from our Town, and they actually had the exact appliance we where looking for and it was almost $400.00 less than the big box stores, plus they did a demo of it due to its an induction unit. Couldn't be happier, I definitely recommend!
